                        Children Bring Cartoons to Life

   Animated cartoons have entertained children - and adults - for decades.
   Originally drawn by hand, animated images can now be created and
   manipulated by computer. Faiza Elmasry visited a workshop at a public
   library in the Washington area where kids were learning how to create
   their own cartoons. Faith Lapidus narrates.
