        Germans Celebrate, Argentines Mourn as World Cup Ends in Brazil

   Germany won the soccer World Cup Sunday night, beating Argentina by a
   score of 1-0 in extra time. VOA's Scott Bobb reports from Rio de
   Janeiro's Maracana Stadium where the match was played.
