    Health Ministers: Ebola Outbreak in West Africa Needs Stronger Response

   Health ministers from across West Africa are attending an emergency
   conference in Ghana to discuss the regional outbreak of Ebola virus
   disease. The World Health Organization says the highly infectious
   disease has killed more than 400 people in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra
   Leone. Henry Ridgwell reports for VOA from London.
