    US Allies Implicated as CIA Torture Report Sends Shockwaves Across Globe

   Security has been tightened at U.S. facilities around the world
   following the publication of a U.S. Senate report detailing CIA torture
   of terror suspects in the years following the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
   Several U.S. allies are implicated in the CIA program - and the shock
   waves of the heavily redacted report are being felt around the world.
