      Lawmakers Urge Obama to Expand Military Action Against Islamic State

   Several congressional leaders are calling for expanded U.S. airstrikes
   against Islamic State targets, saying the murder of American journalist
   James Foley marks a turning point in assessing the threat posed by the
   militant network. VOA congressional correspondent Cindy Saine reports
   from Washington about the increasing pressure on President Barack Obama
   to consider strikes in Syria, as well as Iraq.
