         US Ambassador Presses for Quick Resolution of Afghan Elections

   The United States is urging Afghanistan to resolve its two-month
   presidential election dispute and have a new leader in place by the end
   of August. In an exclusive interview with VOA in Kabul, U.S. Ambassador
   James Cunningham acknowledges the deadline is an ambitious goal, but
   says it is an important one to keep. VOA's Sharon Behn reports.
