             Expectations May be Too High for Mexico Energy Reforms

   This week, Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto, signed into law
   changes to his country's energy sector, opening it to private
   investment for the first time since it was nationalized in 1938.
   Investors around the world are watching closely, however, looking for
   more details on how the plan may work. VOA's Greg Flakus has more from
   Houston.
