           Kerry: Law, Not Coercion, Key to South China Sea Disputes

   U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says resolving competing territorial
   claims in the South China Sea is about respecting international law and
   not about rival claimants trying to intimidate each other. VOA State
   Department correspondent Scott Stearns reports that Kerry spoke in
   Hawaii at the end of a week-long trip to Asia.
