          IMF, World Bank: Global Economy Recovering but Still Fragile

   The world's top economic officials say the global economy is
   recovering, but remains fragile.
   The assessment came Saturday after several days of talks in Washington
   among members of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
   Officials pledged to work for faster economic growth to help alleviate
   high unemployment in some nations.
   Many economists say healthy economies have a low inflation rate of
   around two percent. While there have long been worries that high
   inflation could hurt economies, experts also warned that some advanced
   economies might be harmed by current inflation rates that are well
   below two percent.
