                          Syria Rebels Retake Key Base

   Syrian activists say rebels have regained control of a key base near
   Aleppo international airport in fierce fighting overnight that left
   more than 50 people dead.
   The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Saturday
   that government troops had captured part of the base early on Friday.
   However, rebel fighters are reported to have counter-attacked after
   dark and recovered all of the lost ground.
   The observatory said more than 30 rebels and around 20 government
   troops were killed in the fighting.
   The base, called "Base 80," was captured by rebels in February and the
   government has been trying to win it back ever since.
