Three Astronauts Return from International Space Station by VOA News Three astronauts have returned safely to Earth from the [1]International Space Station. U.S. astronaut Kevin Ford and his Russian counterparts Oleg Novitskiy and Evgeny Tarelkin landed safely Saturday morning in a Russian Soyuz capsule on the snow-covered steppes of Kazakhstan. The three men had spent 144 days on the space station. Their return, originally scheduled for Friday, was delayed a day because of poor weather conditions in the landing area. Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield is now at the helm of the remaining 3-member ISS crew. __________________________________________________________________ [2]http://www.voanews.com/content/three-astronauts-return-from-iss/1622 666.html References 1. http://www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/station/expeditions/expedition34/e34_undock.html 2. http://www.voanews.com/content/three-astronauts-return-from-iss/1622666.html
