                     UN Golan Mission Faces Troop Shortage

   Austria says it is withdrawing its troops from the increasingly
   dangerous U.N. Observer Mission in the Golan Heights, as Syrian
   government forces and rebels engaged in intense fighting in the area
   between Syria and Israel.
