                         Car Bombs Kill 15 Across Iraq

   Bombings and other attacks across Iraq have killed at least 15 people
   and wounded 100 others.
   The violence Monday hit the capital, Baghdad, as well as Kirkuk and Tuz
   Khurmato to the north, the central city of Samarra, and Nasiriyah in
   southern Iraq.
   There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attacks, which
   come as Iraqis prepare to vote in provincial elections on Saturday.
   The vote has already been postponed by several months in Anbar and
   Ninevah provinces because of security threats.
