The body of former Libyan oil minister Shukri Ghanem was found floating in the Danube River in Vienna on Sunday. Police say there is no sign of foul play and that it is possible Ghanem became sick and fell into the water. Authorities say they will perform an autopsy. Ghanem was Libya's oil minister from 2006 until he abandoned dictator Moammar Gadhafi last year and fled to Austria. He later publicly backed the rebels who eventually toppled, captured and killed Gadhafi. .
