7 Shi'ites Killed in Pakistan

   Officials in southwest Pakistan say gunmen have shot and killed seven
   Shi'ite Muslims in two incidents in Quetta, the capital of Baluchistan
   province.
   Authorities say gunmen on a motorcycle opened fired on a taxi, killing
   at least five Shi'ites.
   Later, gunmen killed two Shi'ites.
   There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attacks.
   Pakistan has a Sunni Muslim majority, and although most Sunnis and
   Shi'ites coexist peacefully, extremists often target members of each
   community.
