It said the explosion occurred Saturday in a tent used as a cafeteria at the Mohammad Daud Khan Hospital. The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack. A Taliban spokesman said two attackers entered the hospital grounds. Afghan police say only one blast was heard. The Taliban announced the start of its spring fighting season at the end of last month. .
