   Afghanistan, Saturday, May 21, 2011

   Afghanistan's defense ministry says a suicide bomber has killed at
   least six medical students and wounded 23 other people at a military
   hospital in Kabul.
   It said the explosion occurred Saturday in a tent used as a cafeteria
   at the Mohammad Daud Khan Hospital.
   The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack. A Taliban
   spokesman said two attackers entered the hospital grounds.
   Afghan police say only one blast was heard.
   The Taliban announced the start of its spring fighting season at the
   end of last month.
