Apple Korea said Thursday that it paid a $950 judgment last month to a lawyer who sued the company for violation of privacy. The lawyer, Kim Hyeong-seok, now says he will lead a class action suit against the company. His law firm, Mirae Law, said it set up a Web site to find people who want to participate in the suit, but it was shut down because of heavy traffic. There are around 3 million iPhone users in South Korea and the suit could have worldwide consequences for Apple. Some information for this report was provided by AP, AFP and Reuters. .
