The five-day visit will include stops in the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar. A state department official says Clinton will meet with government officials to discuss "a full-range of regional and bilateral issues." In Qatar, Clinton is to participate in the seventh Forum for the Future, a U.S.-backed effort for political reform in the Middle East. It will be Clinton's second trip to the Gulf in as many months.
