Speaking from a Wisconsin energy company that showcases his message, Mr. Obama used his weekly address Saturday to begin "shining a spotlight on innovators across America who are relying on new technologies to create new jobs and opportunities in new industries." The president said, in the coming days, he will showcase various companies that will help America "win the future by out-innovating, out-educating, and out-building" competitors.
