Military officials say the captain was shot and wounded by pirates during Friday's rescue operation. They say all 21 crew members were rescued and the captain is expected to recover. Five Somali pirates were taken into custody. The ship was heading to Sri Lanka from the United Arab Emirates when it was highjacked last Saturday. Somalia pirates have made millions of dollars hijacking ships in recent years. The European Union, which has an anti-piracy force, says pirates are holding at least 25 ships with more than 600 hostages. .
