Kenyan authorities are investigating three police officers caught on camera apparently executing suspects on a busy Nairobi road. The killings were captured by a passing motorist on Wednesday morning and published by Kenya's Daily Nation newspaper on Thursday. One photo shows a man holding a gun near the heads of two apparent suspects as they lie face down in the middle of a street.  Other photographs show blood on the street where the two suspects are lying, apparently dead. Officials say a third man was also killed. Human rights groups have repeatedly accused Kenya's police force of carrying out extrajudicial killings. The police force has denied the allegations. Kenya's minister for internal security, George Saitoti, has confirmed that three men were killed in Wednesday's incident. Saitoti said the three police officers allegedly involved are under investigation. Saitoti told reporters Thursday that police do not have the right to carry out extrajudicial killings. He said "there are a few rotten eggs" on the force, and added that "we shall get rid of them."
