Inside the program, the couple thanked the public for joining in the celebration of what they hope will be one of the happiest days of their lives. The souvenir program also revealed that Kate Middleton will not promise to "obey" Prince William in their vows but instead will recite " love, comfort, honor, and keep him". The couple made a rare pre-wedding appearance Wednesday at the final rehearsal for their nuptials. Roads around Westminster Abbey were closed while the rehearsal took place. Two billion people are expected to view the royal wedding on television. Many other onlookers are already camping out near the procession route, in hopes of getting a good view of the festivities. Some 5,000 police officers will be on hand to guard against potential threats. Rain is in London's forecast Friday, which mean a cold and damp experience for onlookers. Prince William and his bride plan to use the Glass Coach to travel from abbey back to Buckingham Palace if the weather is rainy. If the skies are clear, they will ride in an open air carriage. *For more information about the Royal Wedding, visit our [2]Special Report page Some information for this report was provided by AP and AFP.
