The international coalition says one its service members died in a blast Sunday and the two others were killed Saturday. NATO did not provide any further details on the explosions or the nationalities of the service members. In another development, the Afghan Interior Ministry says gunmen assassinated the former top civilian chief in the Marjah district of southern Helmand province, Abdul Zahir, Saturday in the provincial capital of Lashkar Gah. .
