   Russian  investigators  examine  the  site of a blast near a market in
   Vladikavkaz, 09 Sep 2010

   Russian  authorities say a suicide car bombing at a market in the city
   of  Vladikavkaz  that  killed at least 15 people and wounded more than
   three dozen on Thursday.
   News reports say the attacker set off the explosives near the entrance
   to  central  market  in  North  Ossetia, a region in Russia's volatile
   North Caucasus.
   Rescue  crews  have  been  scrambling  to  attend  to  the  wounded as
   investigators  begin  sorting out who was behind the bombing that also
   damaged several buildings in the area.
