Hilton flew out of Tokyo's Narita Airport aboard a private airplane the day after arriving for a promotional tour for her fashion designer business. She underwent several hours of questioning by immigration officials Tuesday and Wednesday before dropping her request to enter Japan. The 29-year-old heiress to the global Hilton hotel chain pleaded guilty Monday in Las Vegas to a charge of possessing a small amount of cocaine, for which she received a suspended sentence. Japanese immigration laws forbid anyone convicted of drug-related charges from entering the country.
