Britain's Prince William Engaged

   Britain's  Prince William is engaged to marry his longtime girlfriend,
   Kate Middleton.
   Royal   officials   say  the  two  became  engaged  last  month  while
   vacationing  in  Kenya.  Officials say they will wed next year in the
   spring or summer.
   Prince  William  is  the second in line to the throne of England after
   his father, Prince Charles.
   The  28-year-olds  met  more  than eight years ago while attending the
   University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
