Severe storms and flooding in three southern U.S. states have killed at least 15 people. Heavy rains hit the states of Tennessee, Mississippi and Kentucky, causing flooding that stranded residents, blocked roads and left thousands of people without power.  Downtown Nashville (Tennessee), a popular area for tourists, has been evacuated. Cumberland River, which runs through the city, is expected to crest Monday.
