Hamas says four bodies have been found, with one or two other men still missing. The Israeli military said navy forces prevented an attack by what it called "a squad of terrorists wearing diving suits." Palestinian sources said the four men killed were members of the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, an extremist offshoot of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah faction. The group says the men were taking part in a pre-dawn training exercise Monday when they were killed. The incident comes one week after an Israeli commando raid killed nine pro-Palestinian activists. The Turkish ship Mavi Marmara was part of a convoy trying to break a three-year-old Israeli blockade and deliver aid directly to Gaza. In another incident Monday, Palestinian officials said Israel fired a missile at Palestinian militants in northern Gaza, wounding one. Israel sealed its borders with Gaza after Hamas seized control of the territory from the more moderate Palestinian faction Fatah in 2007.
