China says at least 150 people have been buried or trapped in a landslide caused by heavy rains in the southwest of the country. The official Xinhua news agency said the landslide occurred Monday afternoon in Guizhou province. The agency said rescue work is under way. Widespread flooding hit areas of southern China last week, killing at least 235 people. One hundred others are still missing. Heavy rains that began June 13 have also caused economic losses of more than $10 billion so far. Some information for this report was provided by AP and AFP. .
