Second Swede Arrested For Plotting Somalia Attack VOA News 23 June 2010 Police in Sweden have arrested a man suspected of planning an attack in Somalia, the second such arrest there within a month. The Swedish security police say the man, a Swedish citizen, was detained in the capital of Stockholm on Tuesday. Â Police did not give the man's name but said his arrest is linked to that of another Swedish national in the city of Gothenburg in May. They say other people will be questioned in connection with the investigation. Swedish authorities have expressed concern about Somali militant groups recruiting fighters from the country's Somali immigrant population. Over the past two decades, tens of thousands of Somalis have fled to Scandinavia to escape war and poverty in their homeland. Some information for this report was provided by AFP and AP. .
