One of the suspects was a Norwegian citizen of Uighur descent, while the other two were an Iraqi and an Uzbek who had residency in Norway. The Associated Press quoted Norwegian police as saying it was not clear if the suspects had a specific target in mind, but that they planned to make powerful peroxide bombs.
