At Least 4 Dead, 23 Wounded in Iraq Suicide Attack

   The  Iraqi  interior  ministry  says a female suicide bomber has blown
   herself  up at government offices in the western Iraqi city of Ramadi,
   killing four people and wounding 23.  Â
   The  French  news  agency  says  women  and  children were among those
   wounded Sunday.
   Ramadi was once the center of al-Qaida activity and insurgent violence
   in Iraq.
