A fire at a hotel in northern Iraq has killed at least 30 people, including foreigners, and injured at least 23 others.  Local officials said Friday women and children were among those killed in the fire, which started in the middle of the night in a central area of Sulaimaniyah city. They said at least three people died jumping from the third floor to escape the flames.  Officials added the blaze at the Soma Hotel was likely caused by an electrical problem.  Some information for this report was provided by AP and Reuters. .
