American Skier Miller Wins Gold in Men's Super-Combined

   American  skier  Bode  Miller  has captured the Vancouver Olympic gold
   medal  in  the men's super-combined event, which combines one downhill
   run with one slalom run.
   After  finishing  seventh  in  the  opening  downhill run in Whistler,
   British  Columbia  Sunday,  the  32-year-old  Miller  skied one of the
   fastest  slalom.   He  finished  with  a  two-run combined time of two
   minutes and 44.92 seconds.
   Ivica Kostelic of Croatia took the silver medal, 33/100ths of a second
   back,  while Silvan Zurbriggen of Switzerland took the bronze, another
   7/100ths behind.
   With  the  win,  Miller  now  has  three  medals  in  Vancouver  - the
   super-combined gold, a silver in the super-G and the downhill bronze.
