says he is discussing a short-term
security accord with the United States that could set a timetable for
withdrawing U.S. troops from Iraq.The Bush administration opposes a

the United Arab Emirates Monday, Baghdad
and Washington have been in negotiations about a new long-term security
deal that would decide the future of U.S.-led foreign forces in Iraq
beyond 2008, when a U.N. mandate expires. In other news, Iraqi
authorities say a female suicide bomber killed at least two people and
wounded 12 others in the northern city of Baquba, Monday.Police say the
bomber detonated her explosives at a market in Baquba - the capital of
Diyala province.
