The blast Monday, was in the Sinak commercial and business district on the east bank of the Tigris river. The explosion also damaged a mosque and at least eight cars. In Iraq Sunday, U.S. military troops rescued 41 Iraqis from an al-Qaida prison camp north of Baghdad. Military officials say some of the freed captives showed signs of torture and mistreatment.
