Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayar in LondonBritish actress Elizabeth
Hurley and Indian businessman Arun Nayar hosted a lavish wedding
celebration Saturday at a castle in western England.

Local county officials have confirmed that the couple secretly wed
Friday in a private ceremony at Sudeley Castle.

Spectators descended upon the area in hopes of catching a glimpse of
the party's celebrity guests. 

British tabloid reports say the couple will next travel to Rajasthan,
India, for traditional Indian wedding festivities.

Hurley is a British model and actress, perhaps best known for her role
in two "Austin Powers" comedies.  She also had a highly publicized
long-term romance with movie star Hugh Grant.

Nayar is a wealthy businessman and heir to a fortune from his family's
textile company in Mumbai.  He was previously married to an Italian
fashion model.

It is the first marriage for Hurley, who has a four-year-old son from
a previous relationship.
