Mr. Soro was not harmed in the attack at Bouake's airport in central Ivory Coast. His aides say he is now in a safe location. However, several people were hurt in the attack. And the French news agency quotes an advisor to the prime minister as saying three people were killed. Gunfire was also reported at the airport. Mr. Soro is a former rebel leader.
