A car bomb at a market in Baghdad's Sadr City neighborhood killed at least four people and wounded more than 20 others.  Another blast in the capital wounded several more people. To the north, shooting attacks in and around Baquba killed at least six people.  And an Iraqi soldier guarding oil fields was shot dead in Balad.
