The statement came as U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan met with
officials in Amman to discuss Wednesday's attacks.

Jordanian King Abdullah has vowed to track down and bring to justice
the militants who helped plan the suicide bombings on three hotels.

Government officials said most of the dead are Jordanians, but at
least 12 foreigners have been identified, including two Americans.
