The storm has toppled trees, cut power lines and forced the evacuation of thousands in Florida. It could make landfall Sunday. The National Weather Service says Dennis is packing winds of 170 kilometers per hour, with hurricane winds extending outward up to 105 kilometers. The hurricane hit Cuba Friday as a powerful Category Four storm, and is blamed for the deaths of at least 10 people there.
