US Hockey Players Meet Over Lockout ----------------------------------- http://enews.voanews.com/t?ctl=B13AE7:2AB91D3 With hopes of season dwindling, no decision on labor agreement announced With hopes of a season dwindling, the National Hockey League and Players' Association have met in Chicago. No decision on a labor agreement was announced. But a future meeting has been planned for an unannounced location and time. Representatives from both sides talked for nearly five hours Wednesday at O'Hare Airport. The meeting was the first since December 14 when both sides rejected each other's offers. The league and union have convened only three times since the player lockout began in mid-September. No deadline has been set to officially scrap the entire NHL season if an agreement is not reached. The lockout reached its 126th day on Wednesday. Hundreds of games and the All-Star exhibition have already been wiped out. .
