Speaking on the sidelines of a security conference in Munich, Mr. Annan said at this stage, the United Nations hopes to help more with Iraq's post-war reconstruction. Mr. Annan told the British Broadcasting Corporation the world body could help with training ministry officials and rebuilding the war-damaged country. On another issue, Mr. Annan said he has no plans to resign over allegations of bribes and kickbacks in the U.N.-supervised oil-for-food program in Iraq.
