That took a bit longer than I expected. * [3]iOS 26.0.1:This update fixes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth dropouts on the iPhone 17, iPhone Air, and iPhone 17 Pro, suggesting an issue with Apple's new N1 wireless chip. It also resolves a problem that prevented some iPhone users from connecting to a cellular network after upgrading to iOS 26. The newly released iPhone models also apparently had an issue with artifacts in photos taken under certain lighting conditions; Apple has now squashed that bug. Additionally, the update corrects a problem that caused app icons to appear blank after applying a Liquid Glass tint. Finally, it addresses an issue that caused VoiceOver to become disabled for some users after updating to iOS 26. * [4]iPadOS 26.0.1:Besides fixing the VoiceOver bug, iPadOS 26.0.1 also prevents the floating keyboard from unexpectedly changing positions. * [5]watchOS 26.0.2:watchOS is slightly out of step with the others, due to a 26.0.1 update exclusively for the Apple Watch Ultra 3. The release notes don't specify what changed in either version beyond the usual 'bug fixes and important security updates.' * [6]tvOS 26.0.1: It addresses an issue where audio could be out of sync on certain video streaming apps. * [7]visionOS 26.0.1: Apple hasn't yet updated the online release notes. Some of these updates also fix a single vulnerability in FontParser, where processing a maliciously crafted font on a Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Vision Pro could lead to unexpected app termination or corrupt process memory. Operating systems updated specifically to address this vulnerability include: * [8]macOS 26.0.1 Tahoe * [9]macOS 15.7.1 Sequoia * [10]macOS 14.8.1 Sonoma * [11]iOS 26.0.1 and iPadOS 26.0.1 * [12]iOS 18.7.1 and iPadOS 18.7.1 * [13]visionOS 26.0.1 If you have already upgraded to the OS 26 versions of any of these operating systems, I recommend installing the updates immediately'the bug fixes are helpful, even if the FontParser vulnerability doesn't require urgent action. Those still using earlier versions of macOS, iOS, and iPadOS should install security updates at their convenience; the vulnerability isn't being exploited in the wild.
