Overall, Apple's scores increased over the past year, largely thanks to big improvements in macOS 12 Monterey over macOS 11 Big Sur. The only negative mark is macOS identity management. Currently, administrators have to provision Managed Apple IDs by hand unless their organization uses Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Apple has announced that it [2]intends to add support for Google Workspace identity services to add another option for enterprise customers, but it remains one area where Apple is lagging.
