   PDFpen and PDFpenPro 8.3

   Smile has issued version 8.3 of [1]PDFpen and [2]PDFpenPro, which adds
   support for the Touch Bar on the new MacBook Pro for accessing editing
   bar tools and Table of Contents (PDFpenPro only for the latter). The
   PDF editing apps also properly reflects expanded state of saved Table
   of Contents, resolves a document-specific crashing bug, and fixes
   localized license prompting that displayed the old version number.
