   fixes. The outline and information organization app ensures that
   focusing or unfocusing on rows now correctly updates the scope of any
   active search, fixes an issue with quotation marks in row text causing
   incorrect output, ensures that URL data appears in CSV exports, fixes
   several instances of crashes, and updates localizations with these and
