Engst At long last, [1]Apple has announced the 2013 [2]Worldwide Developers Conference will take place from June 10th through 14th in the Moscone West conference center in San Francisco. [3][tn_WWDC-2013.jpg] Apple also said that WWDC [4]tickets will go on sale on Thursday, 25 April 2013, at 10 AM Pacific time, giving all developers warning of the opportunity to click the Reload button repeatedly in an attempt to purchase tickets. Betting is now open on how long it will take for tickets to sell out. (The WWDCBlast service notified me of this news at 8:55 AM Eastern, as I was almost done writing this article ' see '[5]Get Notified of WWDC Registration Opening,' 9 April 2013.) Tickets cost $1,599. To be eligible to purchase one, you must be a member of the iOS Developer Program, iOS Developer Enterprise Program, or the Mac Developer Program as of the announcement of WWDC (5:30 AM PDT on 24 April 2013) and at the time of your ticket purchase. Developers between 13 and 17 years of age must have their ticket purchased by their parent or guardian who is an eligible member. Purchases are limited to 5 ticket per person and five per organization, and although the same credit card may be used for organizational purchases, each individual must sign in with their own Apple ID and purchase separately.
