U.S. Added Just 22,000 Jobs in August

In economic news, new figures from the Labor Department show just 22,000
jobs were created in August - far lower than expected. The overall
unemployment rate rose slightly to 4.3%. The Black unemployment rate
jumped to 7.5% - its highest level in almost four years.
