Trump Files $15 Billion Defamation Lawsuit Against New York Times and Penguin Random House

President Trump has also filed a $15 billion defamation lawsuit against
The New York Times and publisher Penguin Random House. The lawsuit is
aimed at the book "Lucky Loser: How Donald Trump Squandered His Father's
Fortune and Created the Illusion of Success," written by two Times
reporters, Russ Buettner and Susanne Craig, as well as three Times
articles and an editorial prior to the 2024 election saying that Trump
was unfit for office.
